Recently I called Packard Law to consult with Jaclyn Packard on a thorny home sale issue. Her paralegal answered the phone, and was extremely polite, professional, articulate. After I left a message, Jaclyn called me back in a timely way. We consulted about the issue, and I was impressed with her ability to listen and understand, and to offer calm, compassionate, smart legal advice to help resolve the problem peacefully, at a minimum of cost. Great practice!

Jacklyn went above and beyond to help us buy our house. The seller had a strange tax issue that delayed our closing but Jacklyn forced the issue on our behalf and kept the process moving. She is very responsive and provided solutions before we even needed to ask. 11/10 will work with her again!

What should have been a simple transaction became complicate. No lenders involved, but somewhere things went sideways. Jaclyn was great to work with. Our realtor recommended her to us as he has dealt with her in the past. After our first initial email I could tell why she was highly recommended. Jaclyn was always professional and prompt, even when she was out of the office she was still on top of everything and answering all our questions.
